Description
This course covers applying and analyzing quality indicators, outcome systems and measures, and program evaluation items in order to make programmatic decisions in a clinical, educational or other healthcare related settings. Includes plan care coordination, case management, and transition services topics. Course promotes leadership in ability to plan, develop, organize and market delivery of health services to include locating and writing a grant, licensure and credentialing, determining programmatic needs, identifying service delivery options, and formulation and management of staffing for effective service provision. Student domains of learning used: Clinical /Professional Application. Two semester hours.
